What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

ShopRealRare.com accepts:

Promotion codes cannot be retroactively applied.

AVOID FRAUD: An order confirmation with a copy of your drivers license and credit card may be required before processing an order. Order confirmations are to protect you against fraud.

Will I Be Charged Tax?

We are required to collect sales tax for the state of California only. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. 

I didn't Receive A Order Confirmation Email, Did My Order Go Through?

When we have high volume of traffic, the order confirmations can be delayed. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. We recommend that you save your order number for your records.

Can I Add or Remove Items From My Order Once It Is Submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we cannot add or remove items from your order. 

What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?

If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund will automatically be issued to the original purchasing credit card.

Do You Re-Stock Your Inventory?

On occasion we will re-stock some of our items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.

When Are Particular Items Released?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the RealRare newsletter. You will receive email notifications each time we release new products.
