Processing:

Orders placed on shoprealrare.com are processed Monday-Friday 8am to 3 pm PST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification. The exception to this is with Orders Placed during Sales and nearing Special Holidays.

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email.  To cancel an order please email us at info@shoprealrare.com immediately. Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled.

Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes.  So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email. If you email us we will do our best to make changes. 

RealRare warehouse hours are from 10am-5pm PST Mon-Fri. Any order placed on Friday or Holidays after 1pm will be sent out on the following Monday or next business day. 

Shipping Information:

USA

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Standard shipments via USPS or UPS delivery times varies depending on shipping method and your location. Once you receive tracking information (excluding BlackFriday/CyberMonday/Special Holidays) delivery times may be estimated with the chosen shipping carriers website along with your tracking info. 

International

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Depending on choice of Carrier and location, delivery times may vary. Typically for USPS First-Class International shipments, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. USPS "Priority Mail" 7-14 days. DHL Worldwide 3-10 days. 

We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes at checkout and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

All international orders are final sale.
