RETURN POLICY

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from www.ShopRealRare.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to assist you.

Item(s) purchased from www.ShopRealRare.com must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 15 days of receiving the shipment. Limited edition items and items purchased on sale cannot be returned for a refund.

If you are exchanging an item due to an error made by RealRare or a defect, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. Otherwise, return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

What items not returnable?

  • Items in the Sale Collection (These are Final Sale)
  • Stash Boxes (These are Final Sale)
  • Items that have been washed
  • Visibly been worn (stains, heavily wrinkled)

 

EXCHANGES

We do not exchange products. If you purchased an item from www.ShopRealRare.com and would like a different color, size or style, a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return. See RETURNS above for instructions on how merchandise can be returned.
